Amazon Bookkeeping Template
Twelve months of settlements turned into a profit and loss account and four VAT quarters, starting from what buyers paid rather than from what reached your bank.
Four sheets, one row a month, and a fee load column that shows the drift.
Who this workbook is for
Anyone recording Amazon deposits as turnover, which is most sellers until somebody explains why not.

Sellers whose accounts understate the business
Book the deposit and your turnover is missing every fee, refund and reserve movement inside it. That matters for the accounts and more for the £90,000 threshold.

Anyone unsure whether VAT belongs in turnover
It does not. The template separates VAT on sales from turnover explicitly, because comparing a VAT-inclusive top line with VAT-exclusive costs invents a sixth of your revenue as profit.

Sellers on a thin net margin
The example keeps 2.4 per cent of turnover with a fee load over half. At that margin a fee load drifting up two points wipes out the year, and only a monthly column shows it moving.
