13-Week Cash Flow Forecast for eBay Sellers
Thirteen weeks built on eBay’s weekly payout cycle, with the lowest closing balance and the week it happens on the front.
Because eBay pays you every Tuesday like clockwork, which means the trouble never comes from the income.
Who this workbook is for
Profitable sellers who still have weeks where the money looks wrong, and cannot see why.

One number to act on
The lowest closing balance across the thirteen weeks and the week it falls in. Everything else on the sheet exists to produce those two figures, and the fix is normally to move a stock order by a week rather than anything dramatic.

Funds on hold are not your cash
New accounts can have payouts held through the first 90 days, and eBay can hold individual transactions at any time. Money on hold is yours and cannot pay a supplier, so it goes in its own cell and arrives when it actually arrives.

Keep the VAT money somewhere else
The commonest cause of a negative week is a VAT payment made out of working capital that was never set aside. A second account and a standing order on payout day removes the problem entirely.
