Sourcing and Stock Log
What you paid, where, and what you can prove. Built for buying stock where nobody hands you a receipt.
Because a genuine cost with no evidence behind it can still be disallowed, and then you are taxed on the sale price rather than the profit.
Who this workbook is for
Profitable sellers who still have weeks where the money looks wrong, and cannot see why.

Scores every purchase from 3 to 0
An invoice or receipt is 3. A bank or card record is 2, because it proves you paid but not what for. A note or photograph made at the time is 1. Nothing is 0, and the sheet totals your spend in each band.

Prices the exposure in tax, not in guilt
The summary shows what the unevidenced stock cost and what the tax and NI would be if HMRC disallowed it. On the worked example that is 17 per cent of the buying and £79 of tax on £1,783 of stock.

Tells you the four things to write down
The date, who you bought from, where, and what you paid. The same four a purchase invoice carries. Nothing more elaborate is expected of you, and a record made at the time is worth far more than one reconstructed two years later.
