The wage floors differ by age band, £12.71, £10.85 and £8.00 from 1 April 2026, and so do the loaded rates on top of them, because the NIC and pension thresholds spread differently across part-time hours. The planner prices each row at its own hours and rate, so the weekend crew costs what it actually costs.
